Sony Reveals New Spider-Man Trailer Promoting MCU’s Spider-Verse
Millions of Marvel fans have, by now, witnessed the triumphant return of Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield's cinematic Spider-Men in Spider-Man: No Way Home . The Sony and Marvel Studios threequel not only proved to be an impressive outing for the MCU's main Peter Parker, Tom Holland, but through Multiversal shenanigans, it was able to bring in "Peter 2" and "Peter 3”, played by Maguire and Garfield, respectively. No Way Home ended up smashing box-office records and cementing its place as one of the top-grossing movies of all time. Would it have been as successful without the inclusion of the other two Spider-Men? It's difficult to say. Spider-Man films have traditionally and consistently scored big at the box office, but Garfield and Maguire surely provided a bit of extra oomph.
