Moon Knight Episode 5 Runtime Revealed In Advance

Image
Marvel Studios' Moon Knight quickly approaches the end of its wild run on Disney+, putting Oscar Isaac's Marc Spector into the MCU spotlight for the first time in Phase 4. Each new episode has featured insane reveals at every turn, with Episode 4 going so far as to include the physical manifestation of an Egyptian goddess inside Marc's head after his interaction with Steven Grant. Through the first four weeks, fans have gotten their usual round of longer MCU Disney+ episodes, as has been the case with most of Phase 4's entries outside of WandaVision and the animated What If...? . Before Moon Knight premiered, fans learned that the first four episodes were anywhere from 45 to 51 minutes in length without credits, which proved to be accurate when the show arrived. Why Doctor Strange 2's Short Runtime Is Actually a Good Thing

Image
Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness  is less than a month away, and all eyes are on one of the biggest projects in MCU history. It was recently revealed that the runtime for the  Doctor Strange  sequel is not only shorter than expected, but it is also significantly shorter than any other "event" movie in the MCU. Fans are concerned that this short runtime could rush a plot that is almost inherently complex.  The other "event" level movies in the MCU ( Infinity War, Endgame, Civil War, No Way Home, etc. ) all have an average runtime of roughly two and a half hours (152 minutes to be exact).  Multiverse of Madness  is coming in at 126 minutes. Virtually 20% shorter than the aforementioned average. With the synopsis promising multiple versions of characters, a deep look into the MCU's multiverse, and universe-changing outcomes, how can all of that get the time it deserves in 30 fewer minutes? Spider-Man: No Way Home  has migrated to digital media, but the conversation about 2021's biggest film is still going strong. Tom Holland's third outing as Peter Parker received shine at this year's Academy Awards, earning a nomination for Best Visual Effects and receiving recognition among the #OscarsCheerMoment and #OscarsFanFavorite fan-voted accolades. Holland's future, as well as that of fellow Spider-Men Andrew Garfield and Tobey Maguire, remains unknown. The  Uncharted  star is expected to suit up for another trilogy in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, but the pen has yet to be put to paper. While Garfield and Maguire don't have as clear of a return avenue, fan campaigns to #MakeTASM3 and rumors about a Sam Raimi reunion have both actors' options open.
