For fans of on-screen Marvel entertainment, March of 2022 looks to offer more options than ever. In addition to Spider-Man: No Way Home 's new digital release date of March 15, as well as Oscar Isaac's Moon Knight  Disney+ debut on March 30, Marvel's string of Netflix series, and ABC's Agents of SHIELD , are set to arrive on Disney+ on March 16. While Daredevil and the rest of the former Netflix Marvel shows will be debuting on Disney+ on March 16, it isn't a guarantee that Marvel Studios will continue those shows or remain within continuity with the rest of the MCU. Even actor Charlie Cox is doubtful that if Daredevil were to return, it would continue directly after its last season. After a one-year hiatus due to COVID delays in 2020, fans are still experiencing the most plentiful era in comic book movie history. Last year, 7 superhero blockbusters of varying quality hit theaters. Just when audiences thought that was the peak of fandom, 10 will release in theaters in 2022. Undoubtedly the biggest year in comic book movies since, well, last year. It begins this weekend with  The Batman  and will end in December with  Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom.  In the middle fans will experience another Sony Spider-Man anti-hero, the MCU Multiverse slip into madness, and the hierarchy of power in the DC Universe change forever. Fans were in an excited panic when Netflix users began noticing a disclaimer accompanying the streaming services' Marvel shows, like Daredevil or The Punisher . This indicated that they would be leaving the service on March 1 at exactly midnight PST. The obvious conclusion that many came to was that it was a sign that these R-Rated Marvel shows and films would come to Disney+ instead. Of course, some fans had suspected that such a move would eventually come, especially when it was reported that Daredevil exploded in new viewers on Netflix after Charlie Cox returned as Matthew Murdock in Spider-Man: No Way Home . After all, it's unadvised to give free advertising to your direct competition for their hosted content.
