November's  Black Panther: Wakanda Forever  is tasked with the tall order of not just passing the mantle of the title character but also introducing two rookie heroes to the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Those freshmen are Tenoch Huerta's Namor and Dominique Thorne's Riri Williams. While the future of the Sub-Mariner remains to be determined, the heir to Tony Stark already has an  Ironheart  solo series deep in development. Since being announced at Disney Investor Day in December 2020,  Ironheart  has stocked up on talent. Marvel Studios has been introducing a lot of new characters to the audiences over the last year. This includes the likes of Monica Rambeau to Kate Bishop and now Moon Knight's many personalities. The trend is set to keep going with another big character set to make their grand entrance later this year in  Black Panther: Wakanda Forever : Riri Williams. The character is played by Dominique Thorne and will show up on the movie side of the MCU before debuting in her own Disney+ series. Riri first showed up in the comics back in 2016, where her genius level of intelligence led to her building her own Iron Man armor in the wake of Tony Stark going into a coma. When Marvel Studios first used the " universe is expanding"  tagline, it was paired with the franchise's official announcement on in-universe streaming content on Disney+. That mantra was first applicable to shows like  WandaVision  and  The Falcon and the Winter Soldier , although it has since morphed into many different meanings in the time since. Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness is the next film on Marvel Studios’ slate, and it’s set to bring Benedict Cumberbatch back into the titular role as he tries to keep all reality from breaking apart. Returning with him are Elizabeth Olsen’s Scarlet Witch, Benedict Wong’s Sorcerer Supreme, and newcomer Xochitl Gomez as America Chavez. The Netflix Marvel shows (including Daredevil, Luke Cage, Jessica Jones,  and Iron Fist )   have been the talk of the MCU town as of late. This comes despite the last season of any of these titles hitting the service nearly three years ago. Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness is promising to be packed with cameos and Easter eggs after a new trailer revealed the movie would include a zombified Doctor Strange, Ultron bots, and even Professor X. A popular fan theory following the latest teaser is that Doctor Strange 2 will introduce the concept of Marvel’s Illuminati to the MCU, which could either retcon or discredit a forgotten Easter egg from  Iron Man 2  in 2010.  Iron Man’s solo sequel included Easter eggs and references galore, including many that have since become integral to the greater MCU story. Robert Downey Jr.'s Iron Man continues to have a legacy in the MCU more than two years after his on-screen death, which is largely coming to life on Disney+. Moon Knight  is set to introduce a new and complex character into the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The upcoming Marvel series will showcase Oscar Isaac's debut as the titular hero, a former mercenary who is given powers by the Egyptian moon god Khonshu. Moon Knight will go up against Ethan Hawke's Arthur Harrow in the series while also dealing with the character's dissociate identity disorder.  In the comics, Moon Knight's main alter ego is Marc Spector, the aforementioned former mercenary.
