Marvel Studios is set to come in with a thunderous summer thanks to Chris Hemsworth's Thor: Love and Thunder , the fourth solo movie for the God of Thunder. Thor is in for possibly his wildest solo journey to date, taking on new challenges and adversaries after Hela in Thor: Ragnarok and Thanos in both Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame . Spider-Man: No Way Home  has finally come home, as fans can now purchase the film on digital platforms like iTunes and Vudu. This comes as the MCU Spidey threequel continues its extended run in theaters, earning close to $800 million domestically so far - and rightfully so. Daredevil has had quite an interesting history in terms of his on-screen portrayals, which kicked off with Ben Affleck's run in the live-action Daredevil movie from 2003. Fast-forward more than a decade, and the Man Without Fear is now being played by Charlie Cox, who's built a legacy as the Marvel hero on Netflix and now on the big screen. Now only a few weeks away from its home release, Marvel and Sony's Spider-Man: No Way Home is firmly in the public eye, although it's been a constant popular figure for the past couple of years. Throwing Tom Holland into a movie with Tobey Maguire, Andrew Garfield, and five past villains set the comic book movie world ablaze as the film broke records at every turn. Part of what made No Way Home such a visual spectacle was the movie's costumes paying tribute to all three generations of live-action Spider-Men, along with other similar tributes. Spider-Man: No Way Home 's ending delivered a major shift for Tom Holland's MCU hero. After the Multiverse-shattering ramifications of Peter Parker's magical meddling, the young Marvel hero decided to make the ultimate sacrifice by letting Doctor Strange cast a new spell to let everyone forget his identity. This results in a fresh start for Peter, meaning that he has a clean slate moving forward.  No Way Home 's ending showed Peter a brand new costume, a comic-accurate blue-and-red suit. Phase 4 of the MCU has introduced an impressive number of new characters to the Marvel Cinematic Universe, such as Yelena Belova, the Eternals, Shang-Chi, and Kate Bishop. At the same time, Marvel Studios also reintroduced several characters from Marvel's television series as well, particularly Vincent D'Onofrio's Kingpin and Charlie Cox's Daredevil from the Marvel Netflix series. While D'Onofrio's Kingpin returned in Hawkeye on Disney+, Cox's Matt Murdock appeared as a teaser-type cameo in Spider-Man: No Way Home , setting the stage for his character to play a larger role within the MCU. 2021 was a fantastic year for Marvel Studios. Not only did it bring a massive amount of content, but it expanded the universe and introduced countless new faces to the MCU. Marvel Studios ended 2021 on Disney+ with Jeremy Renner's first-ever solo project in Hawkeye , which brought much more than just the OG Avengers archer. Along with Hailee Steinfeld's official introduction as Kate Bishop and Vincent D'Onofrio making his mark as the Kingpin, Florence Pugh's sudden arrival in Episode 4 changed the story in a big way. Spider-Man: No Way Home  remains one of the most talked-about movies around, as Tom Holland's film has made a significant impact on pop culture. The six-episode-long show not only set up Steinfeld for the long run as the MCU's next resident archer but also added fuel to the canonicity fire by introducing Vincent D'Onofrio's Kingpin from Netflix's Daredevil into the fold.
