Just a month out from its global release, moviegoers still have no idea what the film is about, who's going to show up, or even what Multiversal threat is in front of Doctor Strange. Since Elizabeth Olsen's Scarlet Witch took herself down a dark path in  WandaVision , the former Avenger has been heavily hinted to have an antagonistic presence in the film. Marvel Studios is taking a few weeks off from releasing content at the start of 2022, but the MCU is set to come back with a bang at the end of March. This will come with what is likely the first Disney+ show of the year for the franchise in Oscar Isaac’s Moon Knight , which just got its first full trailer in preparation for that upcoming debut. To put it lightly, this first trailer teased potentially the MCU’s creepiest project to date as Isaac’s Marc Spector works through his issues stemming from Dissociative Identity Disorder. Coming with the reveal of Ethan Hawke’s obscure villain Arthur Harrow and one of the coolest costume reveals yet, the MCU seems set to deliver another thrilling adventure with this brand-new hero. With  Spider-Man: No Way Home  being one of the biggest films of all time, it would seem that general audiences have now been properly acquainted with the Multiverse. Tom Holland's adventure saw big-name heroes and villains cross over from their universes and into the MCU. This included names such as Andrew Garfield's Peter Parker or Alfred Molina's Doc Ock. The foundation for  Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness has been perfectly set, and the audience may, or may not, be ready for a deep dive into the infinite possibilities those alternate universes will bring. Not much is known about the film’s plot, but the recent trailer indicated that a dark version of Benedict Cumberbatch’s hero will be a big issue for the MCU’s Doctor Strange and Sorcerer Supreme.
