As Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness comes over the horizon towards its release date, the anticipation begins to build to a fever pitch. New advertising has shown off fresh moments from Elizabeth Olsen's Wanda Maximoff while other reports have teased once again how this movie will connect to other projects in theaters and on Disney+. Marvel Studios has undeniably taken its time and struggled to find its footing with Thor. Marvel Studios is mere weeks away from kicking off its 2022 slate with Oscar Isaac's Moon Knight , the first MCU hero to debut as the headliner of his own Disney+ show. She-Hulk is shaping up to be Marvel Studios' most comedic addition to the Marvel Cinematic Universe, with Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige even calling the Disney+ show a  "half-hour legal comedy."  Rumors indicate that She-Hulk will lean on the comedic roots of the part-time lawyer. Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania  is set to bring back Paul Rudd's Scott Lang and Evangeline Lilly's Hope van Dyne in the third solo adventure for the size-altering heroes on the big screen. The film is directed by Peyton Reed, who helmed both of the first two Ant-Man films. Director Taika Waititi's upcoming MCU sequel,  Thor: Love And Thunder , looks to have a lot on its plate. Not only is the movie set to reunite much of the cast from 2017's  Thor: Ragnarok  but the stage is also set for Natalie Portman's Dr. Jane Foster to make a comeback, this time as a full-fledged superhero. Indeed, Foster will suit up as Thor and wield Mjölnir in the upcoming fourth part of the Thor franchise. As Marvel Studios turns the calendar and gets ready for its impressive slate of content in 2022, fans are still wondering when the new round of Disney+ shows will actually come to the streaming service. Included in that group is Tatiana Maslany's She-Hulk , which will be only the second truly Hulk-centric project after 2008's The Incredible Hulk helped kick off Phase 1. Although the series has completely finished filming, fans have only gotten a short look at She-Hulk through Marvel Studios' Disney+ Day presentation in November 2021. Eternals was just one of Marvel's many Phase 4 projects this year, although it faced one of the toughest tasks of any new release. Introducing an entirely new ensemble cast of characters that exist across multiple time periods and locations is no small feat, but that was the challenge that Oscar-winning director Chloé Zhao took up with her first Marvel film. While many weren't satisfied with how Eternals pulled it all together, it's hard to deny the film has a lot going for it, starting with its all-star cast. Richard Madden, Gemma Chan, Kit Harington, and Kumail Nanjiani are just some of the names that make up Eternals ' ensemble of immortal god-like beings. Add to that the star power of Angelina Jolie and you have a cast that rivals that of even the Avengers.
