Thor: Love and Thunder  is set to deliver a brand-new adventure for Chris Hemsworth's titular Asgardian, marking the first time that an MCU hero will have four solo movies. Directed by Taika Waititi, the plot details of the sequel are still being kept under wraps, but it has been confirmed to tackle the transformation of Natalie Portman's Jane Foster into Mighty Thor.  Joining Hemsworth and Foster is a stellar ensemble of new and returning characters, including a Gamora-less Guardians of the Galaxy team, Korg, and Tessa Thompson's Valkyrie. After Venom and Morbius , Sony's Marvel Universe is expected to expand with more projects in the coming years, one of them centered around Madame Web. Directed by S.J. Clarkson, the upcoming film will feature the Marvel debut for Dakota Johnson ( Fifty Shades of Grey ) as the titular character, and she will appear alongside Sydney Sweeney ( Euphoria ) in an unknown role.  The exact plot details of Madame Web  are still being kept under wraps, but it has been reported that the character will serve as the Doctor Strange of Sony's Marvel universe. Even with the MCU delivering its biggest year of content ever in 2021, all fans are talking about is the game-changing events of December's Spider-Man: No Way Home .
