Chloé Zhao's  Eternals  may not have had the best reception, but ever since it hit Disney+, it has been performing surprisingly well. Scores of people heard the discussion surrounding the MCU project and decided to wait until it hit streaming to give it a chance. With the film now out, many more people worldwide are getting to experience the cosmic epic that introduced over a dozen new characters into the MCU. One of the biggest introductions was Harry Styles' Eros, whose arrival on the scene didn't happen until after the credits rolled. Eternals  introduced a new batch of interesting characters into the MCU that includes the likes of Gemma Chan's Sersi, Angelina Jolie's Thena, and Kit Harington's Dane Whitman. The Chloé Zhao-directed Marvel movie is a unique entry in the franchise's Phase 4 slate as it focuses on cosmic immortals who have been living on Earth for millennia. While the film ended on a massive cliffhanger, it still managed to showcase surprises, and one of them was the arrival of Starfox and Pip the Troll in the mid-credits sequence. After a lengthy run in theaters,  Eternals  is now available to stream on Disney+. Director Chloé Zhao took the MCU in a different direction, introducing a group of 10 heroes with diverse powers. Spider-Man: No Way Home wasn’t the only big film that Marvel Studios released last year. A month before Tom Holland's web-slinger hit the big screens, director Chloé Zhao released a cosmic epic on a scale unseen for the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Eternals  may not have had the Multiverse, but it had galaxy-sized Celestials, at least. The project introduced some big names into the MCU: Richard Madden, Angelina Jolie, Kit Harington, among many others. The cast is one of the biggest ensembles to grace a Marvel Studios production, especially for a completely new IP outside of an Avengers film.
