Marvel Studios has made two mass project announcements since initially revealing Phase 4 at San Diego Comic-Con in 2019. The first came at 2020's Disney Investor Day, and the second followed on 2021's Disney+ Day, but even across those events, details remain vague on one film from the initial Phase 4 reveal:  Blade ​​​​​​. With  Obi-Wan Kenobi  just around the corner bringing the long-awaited return of fan favorites Ewan McGregor and Hayden Christiansen, Star Wars fans have plenty to be excited about. They shouldn't forget, though, that there's another adventure brewing in a galaxy far, far away.  Andor , which will detail the origins and adventures of Diego Luna's titular rebel, Cassian Andor, is on the horizon as well. The show, set in the early days of a brewing rebellion against the Galactic Empire, is sure to bring plenty of unique stories of spies and soldiers. The project will star Diego Luna as the titular Andor alongside returning Star Wars cast members such as Genevieve O'Reilly as Mon Mothma and Forest Whitaker as Saw Gerrera in addition to newcomers like Stellan Skarsgård and Adria Arjona. It was already bad when critics could only see  Morbius  the day before its release. So it was no surprise when it was panned critically while also earning itself a rare C+ from CinemaScore, which resulted in its plummet at the box office. Now, it may be a negative sign for Sony's  Madame Web too. At this point, Sony will be lucky to break even on the Jared Leto-led production, but it certainly puts any sequels to this pseudo-vampire movie in jeopardy. Not to mention the rest of Sony's possible plans, if its baffling post-credit scenes are to be believed. Echo is set to join the small screen lineup of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, exploring the adventures of Alaqua Cox's Maya Lopez after the events of Hawkeye . The anticipation for Thor: Love and Thunder has been high, as evidenced by the fan demand for its official trailer. The upcoming sequel is still slated for release this July, but marketing has yet to begin. Morbius  has finally arrived in theaters and things already don't appear to be going well. Jared Leto's vampire debut opened to the worst Thursday night box office haul since  The New Mutants , which followed weeks of critical negativity and signs of the same from general audiences. Despite that,  Morbius  still managed to earn itself a mediocre 67% Rotten Tomatoes audience score at the time of writing. Sony's Spider-Man Universe has always struggled to land with critics, as was proven by the Rotten status given to both  Venom  movies, and yet they seemed to land well with audiences. Tom Hardy's Symbiote blockbusters have proven popular among fans, with  Venom  and  Venom: Let There Be Carnage  raking in an impressive box office haul, leading to plans for a third installment. Thanks to Marvel Studios' Loki on Disney+, MCU fans are now all in on the concept of Variants as the franchise brought multiple versions of the iconic MCU character into the fray. "Episode 5" specifically took this concept to a whole new level for Tom Hiddleston's Disney+ show as he spent the entire runtime next to Boastful Loki, Kid, Loki, Classic Loki, and even Alligator Loki. On top of their mind-blowing in-universe introductions, these Loki Variants also make great inspiration for new merchandise, from Funko Pops! to new clothing items and everything in between. With all eyes currently on May's  Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness , many may have forgotten the Multiversal blockbuster will be followed closely by  Thor: Love and Thunder  in July. But with only a few months to go until release, fans are beginning to wonder when the first trailer will drop to highlight the return of Chris Hemsworth's God of Thunder and Natalie Portman's Jane Foster. The cosmic branch of the Marvel Cinematic Universe has been captained by two veteran franchises for over a decade. Both Chris Hemsworth and Chris Pratt will suit up for at least one more individual outing in July's  Thor: Love and Thunder  and next year's  Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 , but with their futures uncertain, Marvel Studios needs new blood on the space side. Brie Larson's Carol Danvers is holding down the front for now, but there are plenty of players that remain on the concept boards. After a plethora of rumors and reports,  Spider-Man: No Way Home  featured a long-awaited comeback for Tobey Maguire's version of the web-slinger. Maguire's Marvel hero had a prominent role in the MCU threequel, helping Tom Holland's web-crawler fend off Multiversal villains. In addition, Raimiverse Spider-Man's return also brought a sense of nostalgia to fans. Given Maguire's involvement in No Way Home  has already been revealed to the world, many noteworthy tidbits have released in the past weeks. Last December, dreams were made as Marvel Studios and Sony Pictures'  Spider-Man: No Way Home hit theaters worldwide. Many fans relished the adventure they never thought possible; Tobey Maguire, Andrew Garfield, and Tom Holland all teaming up against five of their previous villains. Included among the group were Alfred Molina’s Doc Ock and Willem Dafoe’s Green Goblin—both of whom didn’t miss a beat upon their return. The movie is still playing in theaters worldwide, going on three months now since its debut. But soon, it will be time for audiences to own the film themselves; non-stop repeat viewings will finally be possible. The majority of Marvel Studios' projects, to date, have been live-action. In fact,  What If...?  currently resides as the only animated series to join the roster. The Disney+ series followed Jeffery Wright's Watcher as he looked over various alternate timelines until it culminated in the cosmic being needing to form a group of heroes to take on a Multiversal threat in Infinity Ultron. When the first season streamed last year, the creatives behind the scenes weren't shy in revealing that a Season 2 was on the way and that they hoped to get it out by 2022. Marvel Studios and Sony Pictures are still riding the high of Spider-Man: No Way Home 's theatrical run, which is now one of the biggest movie events of all time. The threequel earned the sixth-highest box office return in cinematic history, and with so much incredible action in its 148-minute runtime, fans can't seem to get enough of Spidey's latest adventure. The MCU may be in a bit of a lull right now, but this short respite will be short-lived with  Moon Knight  kicking off another run of superpowered adventures at home on Disney+. After co-starring with Andrew Garfield in Spider-Man: No Way Home , Holland expressed how much he loved seeing Andrew "make amends with the character and the studio" in his MCU debut.
