Marvel Unveils Avengers, X-Men & Eternals Comic Crossover Event
Last year's Eternals may not have been the most well-received Marvel Studios film of all time, but it wasn't without its achievements. The family of Celestial-born beings has now entered the spotlight alongside some of the biggest superhero groups of all time. They might not be as big as The Avengers, or The Guardians of the Galaxy, but they could easily get there. They'll certainly have competition in the coming years, however. Their ensemble isn't yet a match for the big leagues, like those mutants or Fantastic Four—but obscure characters have taken over the stage before, so the group's time could come. The company just announced its new massive summer 2022 crossover comic event, and it's set to bring together the Eternals, Avengers, and X-Men. The twist? Well, it isn't a happy gathering.
