Following sequels for both Doctor Strange and Thor , Marvel Studios will revisit the previously hidden world of Wakanda with Black Panther: Wakanda Forever debuting in November. After the tragic loss of Chadwick Boseman, other important supporting players look to step up into more prominent roles, which includes Boseman's on-scree family members in Letitia Wright and Angela Bassett. Black Panther 2 will put the Wakandans into conflict with other factions in an epic battle, which is rumored to start after an incident with Dominique Thorne's Ironheart. The wait leading up to S pider-Man: No Way Home  was a long one for fans. The rumors about what the film might bring to the table started early once both Jamie Foxx's Electro and Alfred Molina's Doc Ock were confirmed to return to their roles. It felt like a trailer would never come; but then it did. Then came the second trailer a couple of months later, but even that wasn't enough to quench the thirst of audiences worldwide. For many, it seemed there was one scene they kept seeing bits and pieces of, that made up a majority of the project's marketing: the Bridge. It became a running joke online how the sequence in at that particular location, against Doc Ock, actually took up the whole film—that was the movie. Spider-Man: No Way Home  featured many memorable scenes from start to finish. The latest MCU threequel is Tom Holland's third solo adventure, and the film took it up a notch by adding the concept of the Multiverse to its narrative. CONNECTICUT: In a new study by Yale's Akiko Iwasaki, the Waldemar Von Zedtwitz Professor of Immunobiology, it was found that intranasal vaccination provided broad-based protection against heterologous respiratory viruses in mice. The research has been published in the 'Science Immunology Journal'. "The best immune defence happens at the gate, guarding against viruses trying to enter," said Iwasaki, senior author of the study. Mucous membranes contain their own immune defence system that combat air- or foodborne pathogens. When challenged, these barrier tissues produce B cells which in turn secrete immunoglobin A (IgA) antibodies. Unlike vaccines which elicit a system-wide immune response, IgA antibodies work locally on mucosal surfaces found in the nose, stomach, and lungs.
