Scarlet Witch’s WandaVision Twins Return in New Doctor Strange 2 Trailer
Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness is expected to continue storylines from other MCU projects, such as WandaVision and the Multiversal Spider-Man: No Way Home. The inclusion of Elizabeth Olsen's Wanda Maximoff indicates that the upcoming sequel will pick up on many of the story threads from her Disney+ series, but it remains to be seen if other characters from the show will return on the big screen.
However, in the months leading to the film's premiere, there were many rumors about potential WandaVision connections.

Aside from the confirmed presence of the Darkhold, a previous report suggested that Wanda's twins, Tommy and Billy Maximoff, would appear in the movie, considering that eagle-eyed residents indicate that Jett Klyne and Julian Hilliard filmed scenes as their MCU characters at Burrow Hill Cider Farm in Somerset.
Now, it looks like this report has been confirmed, as evidenced by a new promo trailer for Multiverse of Madness.

Scarlet Witch's Nightmare in Doctor Strange 2
Tommy and Billy Maximoff's return in Multiverse of Madness presents many story opportunities for Elizabeth Olsen's Wanda Maximoff, since it gives the character a chance to resolve the cliffhanger ending from WandaVision.

Based on Wanda's dialogue from the promo, it looks like she is being bombarded by nightmares involving her twins. There's a strong chance that this could be due to corruption from the Darkhold or the first tease of Doctor Strange's villain, Nightmare.
The Darkhold could be showing illusions to Wanda, in order to motivate her to do the artifact's bidding. If it ends up being Nightmare, then the character could serve as the secret villain that forces Scarlet Witch, Wong, America Chavez, and Strange to team up at the end.
Given that the Multiverse is involved, it's also possible that these nightmares could be a vision of an alternate reality where Wanda receives her happy ending, thus prompting her to seek out America Chavez to find a way to travel into that other world.

Meanwhile, the duel between Sinister Strange and the MCU's Doctor Strange seems poised to be visually stunning. It is unknown if Sinister Strange will be defeated during this fateful encounter, but it appears that the odds are stacked against the titular sorcerer.
Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness is set to premiere in theaters on May 6.
